Few things excite us more than an upcoming long weekend. It’s a chance to take an extra day to wind down and enjoy a three-day long holiday… or four days if you get in quick with annual leave. This is one we can speak about from personal experience. The Mia Fratino Christmas ‘party’ was located at the Peninsula Hot Springs and involved a day of relaxation in multiple hot springs & sauna’s. We also highly recommend the body clay ritual and fire & ice experience.

Seville Estate took home the Winery of the Year award in 2019, so if that doesn’t convince you to make a visit we’re not sure what will… If you need a bit more convincing though, this vineyard also has beautiful accommodation that suits both larger and smaller groups.
