Birthday Rewards Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

By joining the Mia Fratino Birthday Rewards Loyalty programme (the "programme") you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

 

A. Overview of the Mia Fratino Birthday Rewards Loyalty programme

 

  1. The programme is a loyalty programme and to enrol in the programme, the individual is to enter their day and month of birth, their first name and a unique valid email address as the minimum requirements to participate.

  2. All individuals who have properly enrolled in the programme in accordance with the requirements will be deemed "Enrollees."

  3. Each Enrollee shall receive via email a unique Reward code valued at AUD$30 on the corresponding calendar date of their birthday. Offer is valid for one month.

  4. Enrollees may redeem their Birthday Reward for products or services only available by accessing the Mia Fratino Website miafratino.com within the stipulated redemption period.

  5. The Birthday Reward code cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be used on www.miafratino.com, and expires after its 30 day redemption date .

  6. Limit of one account per person

  7. Mia Fratino guarantees that no Enrollee personal information shall be divulged to third parties.

  8. Mia Fratino maintains a strict ‘No Spam’ policy.

  9. $30 Gift Cards may only be redeemed on purchases over $150. Not including Last Chance to buy or Sale items.  

  10. Not eligible to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 

 

B. Eligibility

 

  1. The programme is open to Enrollees who are 16 years and older at the time of enrolment, supplying and maintaining the minimum required information. Failure to update a unique and valid email address shall result in the closure of the Enrollee’s account.

  2. The Enrollee promises to participate in good faith and not to undertake in actions that seek to bypass the programme rule of ‘One account per person’

  3. Failure to act in good faith will result in the Enrollee’s account being closed and any valid Rewards to be cancelled.

 

C. Duration of programme

 

The programme begins at 12:00 a.m. on March 1 2017 and will continue until such time as Mia Fratino, in its sole and absolute discretion, elects to terminate the programme (the “programme Term”). the Company,reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, terminate, or cancel the programme, at its discretion.

 

D. General Terms and Conditions

 

  1. By enrolling in the programme and as an ongoing condition to Enrollee’s good standing with the programme, Enrollee agrees to authorize: (a) the collection, storage and use of Enrollee’s personal information by Mia Fratino and agrees to receive periodic communication from Mia Fratino.

  2. The Enrollee can unsubscribe from the Programme at any time.

  3. The Enrollee releases Mia Fratino from any liability for any errors in communication or possible stock unavailability at the time of redemption.
