●Previous loyal customers will receive a special bonus points reward as a proportion of their last 2 years of purchases as a sign of our appreciation. Make sure to join with your existing email so your points can be allocated.

Look for the REWARDS button at the corner of the screen. This will lead you to the login page. Once you have logged in, your points balance is in the top left corner of the Member Dashboard.

Any points earned for a purchase that is returned will be deducted from your account.
You will maintain your status based on the number of points earned for the year after any deductions. So it is possible that with too many returns you could drop a Tier.

Your points balance will expire if there is no activity within 24 months, but there are so many ways to earn points we think it will be unlikely to happen.
Mia Rewards Plus is for purchases made only on our Online store. Unfortunately, purchases from other retailers selling Mia Fratino will not count towards your points balance.
Your 10% off discount and enjoy free shipping is already set against your account, so you have nothing to do. You can find these rewards in the Membership Program Panel.
