Competition Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By entering this Instagram competition with Mia Fratino, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

A.) Overview of the Mia Fratino Competition 

  1. This competition is run solely by Mia Fratino and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  2. Entry to the competition is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements.
  3. Competition start date is 24th November. Entries close Saturday 12th December
  4. Winners will be chosen at random. We will check that every entry satisfies the entry requirements and entered into a spreadsheet to be randomly drawn. 
  5. MIA FRATINO reserve the right to cancel the prize for anyone deemed non compliant with terms.
  6. MIA FRATINO reserve the right to change terms of registration or competition terms without warning. 
  7. The prize will be delivered via Australia Post and the shipping costs covered by Mia Fratino.

B.) How to Enter:

    1. Like Mia Fratino’s Instagram post
    2. Tag a friend
    3. Make sure you're both following @miafratino on Instagram
    4. One comment equals one entry. Entries are unlimited.

C.) Prize:

  1. 2 x Cashmere Lapel Coat coats (valued at AUD RRP $599 each). To be redeemed by two lucky winners (one coat each).
  2. This competition is valid only on the ‘Cashmere Lapel Coat’. *colour subject to availability.
  3. Prize must be redeemed 30 days from date of notification and is subject to availability. 
  4. The winner will be drawn Monday 14th December.

D.)  Winner: 

  1. This competition is shared between two winners.
  2. Selected winners will be invited to select their preferred colour and size of the MIA FRATINO Cashmere Lapel Coat coat (valued at AUD $599 each), provided we have the chosen colour and size available in stock. In the case that we do not have the winners preferred choice in stock, we have permission to provide advice for a secondary option. 
  3. Selected winners release Mia Fratino from any liability for any errors in communication or possible stock unavailability at the time of redemption.
  4. The winner will be notified via private message on Instagram with details on how to claim their prize or by contacting us via email: digital@miafratino.com. The Instagram handle of selected winners will be published on Instagram.
